Welcome to my webpage
Research interests: CMB, galaxy clusters, large-scale structures, quasar absorption lines.

Postdoc (current): University of Melbourne, Australia (Oct 2015 - )

My work focusses on measuring mass of galaxy clusters using lensing of the polarised CMB. The data comes from the 10 metre South Pole Telescope POLarimeter (SPTpol) located at the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station, Antarctica.

PhD thesis: Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile (Mar 2010 - Jan 2016)  Download link: thesis_srini.pdf

I worked on the Atacama B-mode Search (ABS) experiment searching for the imprints of the primordial gravitational waves on the polarized Cosmic Microwave background. Read more

Other interests: I'm also interested in studying the LSS of the universe using QAL as cosmological probes. Along with Dr. Roger Clowes et al., I was involved in the discovery of one of the largest structures in the universe (Huge-LQG). Read more
